By registering for CBPROADS account, you agree to abide by all rules and regulations regarding our service. In addition, our service shall only be used in accordance with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

You agree to receive occasional service announcements via email from CBPROADS. These announcements will be used to provide information about new services or updates to existing features and functionality.

You are NOT supposed to place our ads in any of the traffic generating systems like Autosurfs, CPC... which are responsible for generating huge traffic load on our server immediately.

Please make sure that your website has original content and abides by the policies of major search engines. If Google or other search engines consider your site bad, then it is bad for the entire network of CBproads link exchange partners. Hence your site might be removed from the list. CBproAds reserves the right to exclude or remove any web site from our directory which we deem to be in violation of these Terms of Service.

Certain types of web sites are not permitted to use the CBproAds service. We do not allow the web sites containing pornography, racist information, warez downloads or illegal content. In addition, we do not allow "FFA" or "Link Farm" type sites which contain only keywords/search results for specific terms.

Attempts to hide the link to the CBproAds directory on your home page will also be considered an abuse of our system and will result in the termination of your account. This includes invisible links, robot "no follow" directives, and not including valid anchor text with the link.

SPAM is strictly prohibited. Any one found to be violated, will be terminated and his/her account balance will be fortified.

We do not give any guarantee that you will earn income using our services. Your success with us is always depending upon how good in nternet marketing.

CBproAds reserves the right to terminate service for any customer at any time, at our sole discretion.

Our current minium payout limit is $30. You are supposed to request your affiliate(referral) commissions when ever you wish, subject to a maximum of twice a month. Any commissions left over in your account as unclaimed for more than 2 years will be considered as null and is forfieted.
